What we keep

Your first name, your e-mail, the language you chose, your votes, your groups' categories and the listings collected for them. The collection log, and the count of paid calls, so that what was spent is known.

Nothing else: no advertising tracker, no profile sold on, no third-party analytics.

Why, and on what basis

To run the service you asked for: that is the performance of the contract between us. Data stays in the group where it was created; another group does not see it, unless you share it explicitly.

Who else touches it

Clerk, for accounts and signing in. Stripe, for payment — we never see your card. Anthropic, when you start the assistant or have a photo analysed: the request goes to them then. lovechoice.app, which hosts the service.

Each receives only what it needs, and none of them uses it for itself.

Cookies

Two, and none for advertising: the sign-in one, which keeps your session, and the language one, which remembers the language you picked before you even had an account. Nothing to accept or refuse: without them the service cannot work.

Your rights

From the options: download everything we hold about you, and delete your account. Deleting erases your votes and your account, at once and with no way back.

For anything else — correction, objection, a question — write to (to be filled in). You may also complain to the CNIL in France, or to your country's data protection authority.

For how long

As long as your account exists. A deleted group takes what it held with it; backups turn over a few days, then go in their turn.
